Health App

We are pleased to announce that the HealthApp is live!

With this new application, you get quick and easy access to your healthcare information and can easily communicate with your healthcare provider.

Installing the app:

Please note: This is only possible if you have Dutch health insurance combined with a BSN!

• Scan the QR code in the image above
• or go to the website: https://portal.healthapp.nl/login
• Log in with your DigiD for secure access. Create your account

You can now use these features:

• View appointments.
• View results, for example blood test results.
• Contact overview visible until July 1, 2020
• Make an online appointment with your own GP
• Send messages/e-consultations to the practice (without attachments) and from the healthcare provider to you. As long as this is not yet live, you can email your questions to ugchuisarts@radboudumc.nl.
• Request repeat prescriptions via the app by sending a message
• View measurements such as blood pressure or other readings.

These features are coming soon:

• Send attachments to and from the practice.
• Guidelines: Only make an online appointment with your own You can only make an appointment for a short consultation (15 minutes).
• The Health App links to ‘Should I see a doctor?’ You can use this safely. If in doubt, also check thuisarts.nl. Check your symptoms here first before making an online appointment. To help you as best as possible, we ensure that your appointment is with the correct healthcare provider. If necessary, we will adjust your scheduled appointment and record this in your file (visible in the contact overview). If your question can be addressed in another way, for example by email or telephone, we will contact you.
