Transfer of medical files

If you previously had a GP in the Netherlands, we will request your medical files from your previous Dutch GP. It is important to let your previous GP know you gave permission for this. In the case you do not have a previous GP in the Netherlands, please bring all relevant medical documents, such as prescriptions, test results or previous treatments, to your first appointment.
