Practice nurses are active healthcare providers in our practice, regualary checked by your own GP.
The practice nurses for physical problems are specialized in providing care for chronic patients such as, diabetes mellitus, COPD, asthma and cardiovascular diseases. Additionally, they can also provide help if you want to quit smoking or lose weight.
The practice nurses for mental problems can provide care for mental problems such as, burnouts, relationship problems, depression, anxiety and addiction.
