Repeat prescriptions

Repeat prescription is for medication you already use on a regular basis. If you want a new or different kind of medication first contact your GP.

You can choose from the following for a repeat prescription:

• Online through MijnHuisarts (Dutch only)
• Online with the help of our digital doctor’s assistant Chatty (Dutch only). You can upload a photo of your medication or enter the details while chatting.
• Through 024-3224340. State your name, date of birth, phone number and pharmacy. Thereafter, state the medicine and dose you want a repeat prescription for.

Prescriptions ordered before 12.00 pm can be picked up at your pharmacy on the next day after 3.00 pm. Prescriptions ordered after 12.00 pm can be picked up after 2 working days.
