Cancelation or no-show?
If you are unable to make your appointment or want to change the time, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance by phone. Unfortunately it happens increasingly often that people do not show up or do not cancel their appoinment in time. Therefore, we deem it necessary to still charge the normal costs as is recommended by the dutch GP association (LHV).
You will recieve an invoice for this. If you did not pay this invoice before your next appointment, you will be requested to pay in cash at the reception. This invoice is not insured by your health insurance.
