Elderly care

UGC Heyendael has a specific program for elderly care to ensure optimal care for vulnerable elderly patients. We achieve this by close collaboration with the local nurse, home health aides, specialist in elderly healthcare, occupational therapy, speech therapy, dietitian and physiotherapy. Every month, we meet to align our treatment and to advice each other. With this we aim to bring the care close to home and ensure appropriate individual care for our elderly patients.
